Simply days after fugitive jeweller Mehul Choksi (65) was arrested in Antwerp following an extradition request by Indian investigation businesses, officers from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) have been shortlisted to go to Belgium.
