The Grammy-winning artist, 62, was accused of sexual assault and battery in a criticism filed in a state court docket in California on Thursday, October 3.
The plaintiff, who filed anonymously as “Jane Roe,” claimed the nation icon introduced her with him to Los Angeles for a Grammy occasion and solely obtained one lodge suite for each of them. When she requested for a separate lodging, he wouldn’t present one.
Based on the lawsuit, Brooks allegedly accosted her within the doorway nude, hauled her into one other room, dangled her the wrong way up by the ankles and raped her.
