IS operative held in Bengaluru: Officials | Bengaluru

In a joint operation, the Inner Safety Division (ISD) and Nationwide Investigation Company (NIA) arrested a suspected terrorist in Manjunath Nagar close to Thanisandra of Bengaluru within the metropolis on Saturday, officers stated.

Officers stated the accused was recognized as Mohammed Arif, an Uttar Pradesh resident, who allegedly had hyperlinks with the Islamic State (IS) and was in fixed contact with IS handlers on-line via the Telegram software.
