Lisa Gastineau, an in depth buddy to the Kardashian/Jenner clan, has dragged ex-Clippers proprietor Donald Sterling to court docket accusing him and his spouse Shelly of negligence, RadarOnline.com has realized.
In keeping with court docket paperwork obtained by RadarOnline.com, Gastineau, mom to Kim Kardashian’s shut buddy Brittny Gastineau, is suing Donald, Shelly, their actual property firm, Beverly Hills Properties, and her neighbor Sofia Char.

Gastineau stated she was a resident at a luxurious condominium constructing on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles. The constructing is owned by Donald and Shelly’s firm, Beverly Hills Properties.
Within the lawsuit, Gastineau stated she lived on the tenth ground. On April 10, 2021, she stated her neighbor was transferring out of the constructing.

She stated the neighbor employed movers to help with emptying her unit. Gastineau stated the defendants positioned protecting carpet or ground protecting and/or tape on parts of the tenth widespread space hallway of ground to forestall the ground from being broken, dirtied and/or stained through the transfer.
Gastineau stated Donald and Shelly had been conscious of the transfer and the protecting tape getting used. Gastineau stated the tape created an unsafe and harmful situation.

Gastineau stated she “tripped on the” protecting tape when strolling on the ground.
The socialite stated that she tripped and misplaced her stability on the portion of tape which led to her falling and maintain severe accidents to her physique, “which resulted in substantial medical care and therapy.”
