Karnataka: Former vice-chancellors’ forum submits report to tackle ‘administrative lacunae’ in higher education

Ramegowda, the previous vice-chancellor of Karnataka State Open College (KSOU), Mysuru, stated: “We wish to volunteer ourselves as a part of the discussion board to conduct orientation programmes for vice-chancellors and tutorial deans who’re new to the job.
