Karnataka Excessive Courtroom on Friday granted interim aid to BJP MLC N Ravi Kumar and requested the State to not take any coercive motion till July 8 in reference to a case registered towards him over an alleged derogatory comment towards Chief Secretary Shalini Rajneesh.
An FIR was filed towards Ravi Kumar based mostly on a criticism lodged at Vidhana Soudha.
Representing Ravi Kumar, Advocate Arun Shyam stated that he spoke within the context that the chief minister was not responding to the problems and that it has been politicised.
