Karnataka Lokayukta seizes over Rs 22 crore in disproportionate assets from seven govt officers | Bangalore News

Karnataka’s Lokayukta police stated they raided over 35 places linked to seven authorities officers in Bengaluru metropolis in addition to Bengaluru Rural, Tumakuru, Mangaluru, Vijayapura, and Yadgir districts, and uncovered disproportionate belongings of Rs 22.7 crore on Thursday.

The raids had been carried out on the officers’ houses, workplaces, and their relations’ houses.

In response to the Lokayukta police, H R Nataraj, a authorized metrology inspector in Bengaluru’s metropolis market-1 subdivision, held belongings price Rs 3.94 crore, together with two websites, two homes, and 9 acres of agricultural land valued at Rs 3.13 crore, plus movable belongings like Rs 21 lakh in ornaments and Rs 1.50 lakh money.

Lokayukta sleuths additionally searched places linked to Anantha Kumar, a second-division assistant on the Hosakote taluk workplace in Bengaluru Rural and unearthed Rs 1.96 crore in belongings, together with a home and 5 acres of land valued at Rs 1.51 crore.

Murali TV, Further Director of City Planning on the Bengaluru Improvement Authority, possessed Rs 3.47 crore in belongings, with three websites and three homes price Rs 3.16 crore, together with Rs 25.54 lakh in ornaments.

Rajashekhara D, Planning Director at Nirmithi Kendra, Tumakuru, held belongings price Rs 5.74 crore, together with 12 websites, 4 homes, and 4 acres of land price Rs 3.89 crore, with movable belongings like Rs 89.06 lakh in ornaments and automobiles price Rs 37.92 lakh.

In Mangaluru, Manjunatha M R, Survey Supervisor on the UPOR (City Property Possession Report) Workplace, had belongings price Rs 2.56 crore, together with 9 websites and two homes valued at Rs 2.31 crore.

Renuka Satarle, a former district supervisor at Dr BR Ambedkar Improvement Company Restricted in Vijayapura, possessed Rs 3.10 crore in belongings, with three websites, two homes, and movable belongings like Rs 58.80 lakh in ornaments.

Umakanth Halle, Tahsildar of Shahapura taluk in Yadgir district, held belongings price Rs 1.98 crore, together with two websites and two homes.
