“Whereas there could be no objection to the members of the Bar Affiliation organising such occasions, both individually or collectively, using the title ‘kodathi vilakku’ is unacceptable for it gives the look that the courts in our state are not directly related with the organisation of the occasion,” the memorandum has stated.
