As RadarOnline.com beforehand reported, earlier this week, Christine filed a petition for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Courtroom. The couple had been married for 18 years.
In her petition, Christine cited “irreconcilable variations” as the explanation for the cut up. She requested the courtroom to award her joint custody of their three minor children.
Christina didn’t request spousal assist. Kevin responded to the divorce by saying “spousal assist to be payable to petitioner pursuant to the phrases of the events’ Premarital Settlement” aka that they had a prenup which covers little one and spousal assist.
