A baby intercourse assault felon who was wished on a probation violation in Colorado has been arrested in Virginia.
Kevin O’Brien, 52, was taken into custody on Oct. 7 by the U.S. Marshals Service in a small city close to Richmond, in keeping with a Lakewood Police Division information launch.
