Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated on Tuesday that Volodymyr Zelensky’s assertion that there will probably be no “Minsk 3” deal to finish the preventing in Ukraine confirms that Kyiv isn’t fascinated about holding peace talks with Moscow, the RIA Novosti information company reported.
