Prosecutors imagine that Lindsay plotted together with her alleged lover Terrance Bethel and one other man, Faron Newbold, to kill her estranged partner, Robert Shiver, following his divorce submitting in April citing “adulterous conduct” on her half after 13 years of marriage. The exes have three sons, underneath the age of 12.
Robert claimed his spouse had two affairs, alleging that she had beforehand snuck an unnamed 18-year-old lover into their Bahamas trip dwelling in the summertime of 2022, claiming he tried to work it out with Lindsay afterwards for the sake of their youngsters.
The wedding had no probability for reconciliation after he allegedly found his spouse’s relationship with Bethell in February, Robert stated.
