A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of first-degree homicide in a deadly early morning capturing in Denver’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, police officers mentioned Monday.
Denver Police Division officers responded to the capturing within the 1300 block of West Colfax Avenue at round 2:30 a.m. Nov. 3 and located a 31-year-old man with a gunshot wound.
The person was taken to the hospital and pronounced lifeless.
Investigators consider the person was arguing with Deangelo Luarks when the argument escalated and Luarks shot him, in accordance with the division. Luarks is already in custody on an unrelated case and is about to seem in courtroom Friday.
