The Brighton Police Division is investigating a vehicular murder by which a 50-year-old man was killed final Saturday.
The incident occurred about 2:45 a.m. July 27 close to the 4500 block of Southern Avenue in Brighton. The motive force of a Chevrolet Tahoe struck a person who had exited the automobile moments earlier, in response to the information launch.
The motive force, Ronnie Vigil, 25, was arrested on costs of vehicular murder and driving beneath the affect, in response to police.
Vigil was launched from the Adams County Jail on a $20,000 bond. A listening to on the costs within the case is scheduled for Tuesday, courtroom paperwork present.
