A 48-year-old man was discovered responsible of first-degree homicide and sentenced to life in jail this week for the June 2022 taking pictures demise of Raymond Herrera in Denver.
Phillip Gurule was discovered responsible by a jury Wednesday after two hours of deliberation, the Denver District Attorney’s Office said in a post on X.
Gurule was arrested after he shot and killed Herrera, 37, in an alley close to West thirteenth Avenue on June 21, 2022.
Gurule was sentenced to dwell in jail with out the potential for parole, based on the district lawyer’s workplace.
