The person suing Gwyneth Paltrow over a ski accident that he claimed left him with everlasting mind harm has moved to dam one of many actress’ witnesses from testifying, RadarOnline.com has realized.
Based on court docket paperwork obtained by RadarOnline.com, Terry Sanderson, the person demanding $300k in damages from the Oscar winner over a 2016 incident, requested the court docket to dam a person named Steve Graff from taking the stand.

Sanderson stated Graff is the Vice President of Mountain Operations on the Deer Valley Resort. He stated Graff was deposed again in 2020 as a part of the case.

Paltrow has Graff on her witness record, however Sanderson desires her stopped. He stated Graf didn’t witness the ski collision nor “can he declare to know something about it apart from what was reported to him both verbally or in writing. These studies would clearly be rumour proof excluded from the case.”

Sanderson stated Graff has information of Deer Valley’s insurance policies however these don’t have anything to do with “whether or not Paltrow hit Sanderson, or vice versa, and if there have been damages to both social gathering.”
He argued, “If Deer Valley had been to testify on behalf of [Paltrow] in her case-in-chief, it would affect and sway the jury to imagine that Deer Valley views any fault within the ski collision from the [Paltrow’s] perspective. This affect could be extremely prejudicial to [Sanderson’s] case.”

As RadarOnline.com beforehand reported, Paltrow was in court docket final week and even took the stand. She testified that Sanderson brought on the accident, NOT her. She admitted cursing at Sanderson after they linked.
“I apologize for my dangerous language. … [That] just isn’t my customized,” she advised the jury throughout her testimony that went viral.
In his lawsuit, Sanderson stated Paltrow brought on the crash after which took off as he laid on the bottom injured. Paltrow denied she fled the scene. The actress countersued for $1 and authorized charges.
On the stand, she stated she initially thought the accident was sexual assault.

“I used to be snowboarding and two skis got here between my skis, forcing my legs aside. After which there was a physique urgent towards me,” she stated. “It was a fast thought that went via my head. There was a wierd grunting noise and a physique behind me so I used to be attempting to make sense of what was occurring. My thoughts was going in a short time.”
Sanderson began testifying this morning.
