Mangaluru blast: ‘How can police call it terror activity?’ DK Shivakumar | Bengaluru

Karnataka Congress chief DK Shivakumar alleged that the BJP authorities and state’s Director Basic of Police(DGP) collectively are damaging the picture of Karnataka on a worldwide stage. The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president additionally stated that the Mangaluru blast was declared as a terror exercise, with out even investigation.

The senior Congress chief additionally stated that such irresponsible acts will solely decelerate the event of the state. “Not one of the buyers are occupied with investing in Mangaluru and Udupi area due to the panic created by police and the federal government. In the meantime, Karnataka house minister Araga Jnanendra slammed DK Shivakumar for questioning the police integrity. “Congress is stooping to a brand new low day-after-day within the state. It’s unhappy that DK Shivakumar is doing politics over a terror assault. It’s his try and demoralize the police division,” stated Jnandendra.

On November 19, an explosion was reported in an auto-rickshaw in Mangaluru, injuring the motive force and the passenger, Mohammed Shariq (24) who can be the prime accused within the case. Karnataka police chief declared it as a terror act and revealed that the accused has hyperlinks with organized terror teams. The case was later handed over to the NIA.
