Rau’s IAS teaching centre deaths: The Municipal Company of Delhi (MCD) sealed the basements of 13 civil companies institutes in Outdated Rajinder Nagar space on Sunday, a day after three civil companies aspirants’ died after a library housed within the basement of Rau’s IAS centre bought inundated in a heavy rain. The MCD crackdown on the properties violating building bylaws comes following large protests by college students within the Outdated Rajendra Nagar space Saturday night time and Sunday.   1. The Delhi Police on Sunday arrested the proprietor, Abhishek Gupta, and the coordinator of Rau’s IAS Research Circle, Deshpal Singh, and booked them for culpable murder and different fees.
