Trainor started her weight reduction journey after the beginning of her son, Riley, in February 2021, whom she shares together with her husband, Daryl Sabara.
The couple welcomed their second son, Barry, in July 2023.
Whereas the Massachusetts native mentioned she does hit the gymnasium, she turned to the semaglutide drug Mounjaro to attain her 60-pound weight reduction.
“No, I don’t seem like I did 10 years in the past. I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest model of myself for my children and for me.
