Regional Transportation District officers will add 10 mph velocity restrictions on a number of gentle rail traces as summer season building progresses, the company mentioned Monday.
“Gradual zones” will go into impact at 6 a.m. Tuesday on the E and R traces between County Line and Lincoln stations and the D line between the Oxford/Metropolis of Sheridan and Littleton/Downtown stations.
RTD crews are conducting preventative upkeep and observe restore work “to deal with minor points and floor defects,” district officers mentioned in a information launch.
The district lifted “gradual zones” on the E and R traces between Orchard and Arapahoe at Village Middle stations on Monday and for a small part of the H and R traces north of the 9 Mile station.
A map and upkeep schedule can be found on-line.
