A person suspected of breaking into two properties and assaulting owners whereas he was unclothed was arrested in Edgewater Monday.
Stefan Heil, 33, was taken into custody after he was tased by police in an alleyway within the 2200 block of Grey Avenue Monday afternoon.
Heil allegedly pressured his manner into two separate properties and fought with the owners whereas bare, in accordance with the Edgewater Police Division.
After his arrest, he was transported to the hospital for analysis. Police stated, “Heil displayed symptomology of being beneath the affect of a managed substance.”
