As a snowstorm continues to drop average to heavy quantities of snow throughout Colorado, practically 50% of Southwest Airways’ flights by way of Denver Worldwide Airport have been both delayed or canceled.
The delays, 193 arriving or departing flights, account for 39% of Southwest’s site visitors by way of Denver. One other 53 Southwest flights, or 10% of their Denver site visitors, have been canceled as of seven:35 a.m., in response to the flight monitoring web site FlightAware.
In complete, 279 flights by way of Denver have been delayed thus far Wednesday, and 75 flights have been canceled.
Frontier has 14 flights, 13% of their Denver site visitors, canceled, SkyWest has seven canceled flights and United canceled one flight thus far.
United and SkyWest have probably the most delays outdoors of Southwest, with 31 and 28 delays, respectively.
