Nitish Kumar extends support to Arvind Kejriwal against Centre’s ordinance – ThePrint –

New Delhi [India], Might 21 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday held a gathering along with his counterpart Arvind Kejriwal within the nationwide capital and prolonged his help to the AAP chief in opposition to the Centre bringing an ordinance to provide the management of ‘providers’ again to Delhi Lieutenant Governor.

Quickly after the assembly, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav addressed the media.

On Friday, the Union authorities introduced an ordinance to inform guidelines for the Authorities of Nationwide Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) relating to the ‘switch posting, vigilance and different incidental issues’.

The ordinance has been delivered to amend the Authorities of Nationwide Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 and it circumvents the SC judgement within the Centre vs Delhi case.
