New Delhi: Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge attacked the Narendra Modi authorities for not inviting President Droupadi Murmu to inaugurate the brand new Parliament constructing, saying that the Workplace of the President is decreased to “tokenism below the BJP-RSS Authorities”.
