Hamas’ response to the newest Gaza ceasefire proposal is in line with the rules put ahead in US President Joe Biden’s plan, the group’s Qatar-based chief Ismail Haniyeh mentioned in a televised speech on the event of the Islamic Eid al-Adha on Sunday.
