Orkla’s elements enterprise unit has agreed to purchase Senna, the Austrian producer of margarine, sauces and dressings, from Vivatis Holding.
Monetary phrases of the transaction weren’t revealed.
In an announcement yesterday (17 February), Orkla Meals Components (OFI) stated the acquisition “strengthens” its place in central and south-eastern Europe.
Manuela Banu, the CEO of OFI within the area, stated: “Austria and Italy characterize new markets for OFI, the place we purpose to develop profitably by introducing a broader set of classes and by driving operational effectivity.”
