‘Outsiders might be involved…’: JNU VC Pandit on anti-Brahmin graffiti on walls

The vice-chancellor of the Jawaharlal Nehru College (JNU) Santishree Dhulipudi Pandit on Monday mentioned that “outsiders” had been probably concerned in defacing partitions contained in the campus with anti-Brahmin slogans.
