The Philippine authorities on Monday accused Chinese language ships of ramming and damaging its boats within the South China Sea throughout a confrontation in waters off the Second Thomas Shoal, dwelling to a garrison of Filipino troops.
“The Individuals’s Liberation Military-Navy, China Coast Guard and Chinese language Maritime Militia vessels engaged in harmful maneuvers, together with ramming and towing,” Manila’s nationwide activity power on the West Philippine Sea stated in an announcement.
