The 46-year-old man fatally shot by Thornton cops throughout an August standoff has been recognized, coroner’s officers introduced Thursday.
Pedro Noe Sotelo was shot by Thornton officers on Aug. 12 after taking pictures his canine and firing at police, in response to the police division.
