LONDON (AP) — Prince William performed catch with British youngsters at a flag soccer occasion organized by the NFL on Tuesday.
Youngsters from Birmingham, Manchester and London participated on the Kennington Park discipline hockey pitch in south London.
Phoebe Schecter, captain of Britain’s girls’s flag soccer group, suggested William to embrace his “interior Shakira” by shifting the hips when throwing an American soccer.
William is a giant soccer fan and patron of the English Soccer Affiliation, which governs the game within the nation, and commonly attends the Wimbledon tennis event. He mentioned “I attempt my hand at most (sports activities)” although “not very properly.”
The NFL has supported the expansion of flag worldwide because it seeks to win over youthful followers and future customers.
