Rozgar Mela: Drive is cover-up for failure in job creation, says Opposition

As Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a Rozgar Mela handing over appointment letters to 75,000 individuals, the Opposition tore into the federal government accusing it of indulging in “eventbaazi” and a “publicity stunt” to cowl up its failures on job creation.

Stating that the BJP had   promised two crore jobs yearly, the Congress requested the federal government to reveal when the promised 16 crore jobs can be supplied to the youth.

The recruitment drive, the Congress stated, was an influence of the Bharat Jodo Yatra. The yatra has merely moved in 4 states and the federal government “needed to admit” that unemployment is the largest drawback the nation faces, AICC common secretary Randeep Surjewala stated.

“A minimum of, the ‘jumla king’ was pressured to confess that unemployment is the largest drawback the nation and the youth face,” he stated in tweet. He stated what the youth the nation wants ka employment and never “eventbaazi”.

“By when would these 16 crore jobs be supplied and by when would 30 lakh vacancies in authorities departments be crammed up. The prime minister must reply the youth of the nation,” he stated.

The Trinamool Congress too attacked the federal government.
