JD(S) chief H D Kumaraswamy mentioned the feedback by RSS basic secretary Dattatreya Hosabale on financial inequality, poverty and unemployment “has raised an enormous query on the authenticity of ‘achhe din’ claims.”

In a sequence of tweets, the previous Karnataka chief minister mentioned Hosabale’s remarks held up a mirror to the present state of the nation. “It doesn’t take any particular experience to evaluate who has benefited and who has misplaced out within the seven years of BJP rule within the nation,” Kumaraswamy mentioned, highlighting the statistics shared by the RSS chief that 20 crore folks had been under the poverty line and 4 crore youths didn’t have any jobs.

Kumaraswamy mentioned malnutrition was rampant throughout the nation and lakhs of villages had no entry to wash ingesting water. “When that is the state of the nation, why (does the federal government) shrink back from introspection?” he requested.

That is the proper time for the central authorities to get up to the realities confronted by the folks of the nation, he mentioned, noting that 20 per cent of India’s wealth is concentrated in a single per cent of the inhabitants. It is not going to be a shock if there’s an immense outrage towards rising inequality, the JD(S) chief underlined. “Being caught within the clutches of a ‘company state’ is just not good for the way forward for the nation,” he mentioned, including that the impatience and anger of the folks had been rising by the day.

Stating that among the information factors offered by Hosabale had been stunning, Kumaraswamy mentioned there was a black mark of inequality on India even because the nation was celebrating the seventy fifth yr of its Independence.
