Giuliani particularly mentions one alleged sufferer, millionaire actual property developer Steve Kogut, who in 2015 was sued in federal courtroom for sexual assault and different types of battery designed to make her “undergo like Hitler made folks undergo,” the grievance said.
However Kogut, now 68, turned the tables on Dunphy accusing her of being an “escort” who cheated on him and allegedly pocketed donations from a kids’s most cancers basis she operated.
“Mr. Kogut countersued, alleging that Ms. Dunphy took half in ‘prior schemes to defraud excessive net-worth males,’ and she or he bragged to Mr. Kogut that she ‘extort[ed] $5 million from Michael Gabelli,’ son of Wall Road financier Mario Gabelli,” Giuliani’s lawyer famous in courtroom paperwork.
