The Indigenous Individuals’s Entrance of Tripura (IPFT), a constituent of the ruling BJP-led coalition within the state, Thursday held a gathering in Agartala to debate the celebration’s organisational points and the preparations for subsequent 12 months’s TTAADC polls.
“TTAADC (Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council) polls shall be held in 2026. Within the 2021 TTAADC polls, the celebration was defeated attributable to conspiracies and organisational weaknesses. Now, many who abandoned the celebration have returned. We hope to get good leads to the approaching polls in comparison with the previous,” stated IPFT chief Suklacharan Noatia, who can be the lone minister from IPFT within the state Cupboard.
“We will proceed to observe our celebration’s former supremo N C Debbarma’s ideology,” added Noatia.
IPFT president Prem Kumar Reang stated in addition they mentioned preparations for observing the ‘Tipraland Statehood Day’ on August 23.
Within the 2021 TTAADC polls, the Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma-led Tipra Motha emerged victorious, successful 18 of 28 seats, the BJP received 9 seats, whereas one seat was received by an Unbiased candidate.
