Russia’s defence minister mentioned on Wednesday that Moscow pays particular consideration to building of infrastructure associated to its nuclear forces in 2023, state media reported.

“When making ready the checklist of main building services for 2023, particular consideration might be paid to building within the pursuits of the strategic nuclear forces,” Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu was quoted by RIA information company as saying.
Interfax quoted him as saying that services had been being constructed to accommodate new missile methods.
