The semi-high-speed practice Vande Bharat Specific will begin to run on the Mysuru-Bengaluru-Chennai route from November 11. The practice that has a most pace of 160-180kmh will run at a pace of 75-77kmh on the route, a bit sooner than the Shatabdi Specific.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the practice from Bengaluru. It is going to minimize the journey time by a small margin. With restrictions on pace because of varied causes, south India’s first Vande Bharat Specific would be the slowest within the nation.

The practice is predicted to halt on platform no.7, facilitating quick access for passengers to the second entry of the KSR railway station in Bengaluru.
