Sheikh Hasina was on Thursday sworn in because the Prime Minister of Bangladesh for the fifth time period, days after her Awami League get together received an amazing majority within the normal elections boycotted by the principle opposition BNP and its allies.
President Mohammad Shahabuddin administered the oath of workplace to 76-year-old Sheikh Hasina at a ceremony joined by politicians, overseas diplomats, civil society figures and senior civil and navy officers.
Following the Prime Minister, the brand new members of cupboard have been sworn in by the president.
Sheikh Hasina’s get together received 223 seats within the 300-member Parliament.
Main opposition Bangladesh Nationalist Social gathering (BNP) of ex-Prime Minister Khaleda Zia boycotted the elections after their demand for a non-party caretaker authorities to supervise the January 7 polls was rejected.
