The 16 Indian military personnel have been killed and 4 suffered accidents when the truck through which they have been travelling fell off a mountain highway in north Sikkim on Friday morning.
Whereas 4 of them hailed from Uttar Pradesh and two every from Bihar, Rajasthan and Haryana, the remaining have been from Punjab, West Bengal, Uttarakhand and Kerala.
