SpiceJet has launched direct flights connecting Pune to Varanasi and Chennai. The airline will start operations on these new routes in a phased method from March 30 with bookings now open. These flights might be a part of the launch of 24 new home flights introduced on Wednesday.
“With new connections like Pune-Varanasi, our flights guarantee seamless connectivity to a few of India’s most sought-after locations,” stated Debojo Maharshi, Chief Enterprise Officer at SpiceJet.
The Pune-Varanasi service will function as per the next schedule:
Pune to Varanasi: Departs at 12.10 pm, arrives at 2.30 pm
Varanasi to Pune: Departs at 3 pm, arrives at 4.55 pm
For these travelling to and from Chennai, the schedule might be as follows:
Chennai to Pune: Departs at 11.10 pm, arrives at 1.15 pm
Pune to Chennai: Departs at 2.05 am, arrives at 4.25 am
Other than Pune, the airline’s enlargement contains new flights linking Ahmedabad to Srinagar and Bengaluru to Goa, in addition to introducing three new locations: Tuticorin, Porbandar and Dehradun. Together with this, Porbandar may also be related to Mumbai with a continuous flight working twice every week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from April 1, 2025.
