Noting that railway station cleanliness is paramount to sustained passenger satisfaction, the Railway Board has issued an order to all Divisional Railway Managers (DRMs), asking them to establish 10 distinct areas which want directed consideration in cleansing works at every station.
The station cleansing work is being monitored on a day-to-day foundation by the Board’s ‘Swachh Station’ WhatsApp group.
