Talking with CNN, Emily Baden — the neighbor who reportedly had a confrontation with Samuel A. Alito, Jr.‘s spouse, Martha-Ann Alito — spoke up in regards to the stories in regards to the dispute and denied that she prompted the incidents.

Samuel initially stated his spouse put in an upside-down U.S. flag outdoors their Virginia residence after a verbal dispute between Martha-Ann and Emily. Nevertheless, the neighbor claimed the confrontation solely occurred one month after the flag was displayed on January 17, 2021.

In accordance with Emily, Martha-Ann referred to as her and her husband a fascist throughout the February argument.

CNN’s cellphone data seemingly confirmed Emily’s account, as her then-boyfriend and now-husband referred to as the police on February 15, 2021, to report Martha-Ann’s “unprompted harassment”.

Sailors initially displayed the upside-down flag as an emblem of misery. Just lately, it turned related to the pro-Trump “Cease the Steal” motion.

Following the problem, newly unearthed recordings of Samuel and his spouse talking in regards to the flag controversy and abortion had been leaked. Liberal activist and documentary filmmaker Lauren Windsor posted the audio on X, and it was later captured by Rolling Stone.

In Windsor’s recording, Martha-Ann described her critics as “feminazis” earlier than threatening to file lawsuits.

Martha-Ann stated: “There’s a five-year defamation statute of limitation. Don’t get indignant. Get even.”
