A 16-year-old boy has been charged with first-degree homicide and aggravated theft after the April taking pictures dying of one other teenager in Denver’s Lowry Subject neighborhood.
Hamilton Biruck is suspected of taking pictures Andres Yzaguirre, 18, within the 8500 block of East Lowry Boulevard on April 15.
