A 21-year-old man suspected in a deadly capturing in Glendale was arrested in Texas final month and is awaiting extradition to Colorado, based on police officers.
Blake Andrew Warren was arrested on Aug. 15 in Spring, Texas, by U.S. Marshals on suspicion of first-degree homicide for the April 5 dying of Gianni Fernandez, based on courtroom data and the Glendale Police Division.
Warren continues to be awaiting extradition to Colorado, Glendale police mentioned Sunday.
Warren was one in every of three individuals suspected within the early-morning capturing that killed Fernandez and injured one other man at The Phenix At Infinity Park condo advanced.
Sarah Elizabeth Sandoval, 22, was arrested in Texas days after the capturing and is charged with first-degree homicide, tried homicide, assault and theft. Caleb Isaiah Selection, 22, turned himself into police shortly after Sandoval’s arrest and faces related costs.
