Three children abandoned by mother, stepfather rescued in Telangana

The police in Telangana’s Yadadri Bhongir district on Sunday admitted three youngsters to the Hyderabad little one care centre, allegedly deserted by their mom and stepfather within the temple city of Yadadri at midnight of January 14, officers stated.

The Yadagirigutta police stated it discovered the deserted youngsters – a 10-year-old boy, alongside along with his eight-year-old sister and five-year-old brother, in a pathetic situation in entrance of the Vaikuntha Dwaram (temple arch) and later on the bus stand in biting chilly.

“We initially booked a case of lacking and stored them beneath our care. Later, we known as the members of the District Little one Welfare and Safety Committee (DCWPC) and handed the youngsters to them on January 20,” Yadagirigutta inspector of police Shiv Shankar stated.

Their father had deserted the household three years in the past, and their mom had been in a live-in relationship with an auto driver for the final two years,” the inspector stated.

“On midnight of January 14, the mom and stepfather introduced the three youngsters to Yadagirigutta temple city in an auto rickshaw and deserted them there,” Shankar stated.

The boy informed the kid welfare committee officers that the mom and stepfather had tied up their arms with rope and stuffed garments of their mouths so they might not cry earlier than leaving the place in the identical auto rickshaw.

“After they left the spot in the identical auto, the boy managed to unfasten the rope and freed his siblings. After they began transferring across the temple space, a neighborhood constable seen them and introduced them to the police station,” the inspector stated, including that no case had been booked thus far, as there was no criticism from anyone.

“It seems, the mom and the stepfather deserted them, as they felt they felt the youngsters would develop into hurdles of their live-in relationship,” the inspector stated.

The ten-year-old boy additionally shared the contact variety of his paternal uncle, the brother of his organic father. His uncle, who was summoned by the police, got here and recognized the kids however couldn’t reveal the current whereabouts of his brother since they’d fallen aside for fairly a while, the police stated.

Yadagirigutta sub-inspector of police Sudhakar stated the kids have been shifted to Sisu Vihar, run by the state ladies’s growth and little one welfare division at Madhuranagar in Hyderabad. “We will attempt to hint their organic father,” he added.
