Three men arrested for attack on Sri Ram Sene leader Kokitakera in Karnataka | Bengaluru

The Karnataka Police on Sunday arrested three individuals for allegedly being concerned within the firing at Sri Ram Sene Belagavi president Ravi Kokitakera. The 45-year-old Sri Ram Sene Belagavi president has sustained bullet accidents to his neck and was rushed to KLES hospital in Belagavi.

Based on the Belagavi Police, the accused have been recognized as Rahul N Kodachawad, Jyotiba G Mutagekar and Abhijeet S Bhatkande. The rationale for the assault is but to be identified and the police have already deployed a further pressure at Hindagala, the place the assault happened.

Information company ANI reported that the bullets have been fired at Kokitakera whereas he was travelling in his automobile on Saturday night and his driver was additionally injured within the assault. Kokitakera was sitting within the again seat of the automobile when assaulters fired from a revolver from a brief vary close to Hindalga village. Kokitakera is at the moment heading the Belagavi district’s unit of Sri Ram Sene.

Earlier in July, BJP youth wing BJYM (Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha) chief Praveen Nettaru’s homicide had triggered huge protests by right-wing employees in opposition to its personal BJP-ruled authorities in Karnataka, led by chief minister Basavaraj Bommai.

The state authorities had handed over the case to the Nationwide Investigation Company (NIA) later. He was hacked to dying by unidentified motorbike-borne assailants on July 26 evening at Bellare in Dakshina Kannada district.
