Trump Says TikTok Deadline Could Be Extended

U.S. President Donald Trump mentioned on Thursday that his 75-day delay in implementing a ban on the favored short-video app TikTok might be prolonged, however mentioned he does not assume that can be needed.

In remarks to reporters within the Oval Workplace, Trump mentioned he nonetheless hopes to make a deal on TikTok to maintain the app alive within the U.S., crediting it with serving to him win the 2024 presidential election.
