UAE president dials PM Modi, strongly condemns Pahalgam terror attack | India News

President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, spoke with Prime Minister Narendra Modi over telephone and “strongly condemned” the Pahalgam terror assault, expressing full solidarity and help with India, the Ministry of Exterior Affairs mentioned on Saturday.

MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal in a submit on X mentioned the 2 leaders agreed that terrorism should be rejected in all its kinds and manifestations.

The fear assault in Pahalgam on April 22, which claimed 26 lives, has drawn widespread condemnation from nations and world leaders across the globe.

“President HH Mohamed Bin Zayed of UAE known as PM Narendra Modi and conveyed condolences on the lack of lives within the barbaric terror assault on the Indian soil of Jammu & Kashmir. He strongly condemned the assault and expressed full solidarity and help with India,” Jaiswal posted.

He additional acknowledged that Prime Minister Modi appreciated the President’s sentiments and phrases of sympathy.

“Each leaders agreed that terrorism ought to be rejected in all its kinds and manifestations. PM conveyed India’s robust resolve to deliver the perpetrators of the heinous crime and their supporters to justice,” Jaiswal mentioned.

Terrorists opened fireplace in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam on Tuesday, killing 26 individuals, largely vacationers, within the deadliest assault within the Valley because the Pulwama strike in 2019. The Resistance Entrance (TRF), a proxy of the banned Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), claimed accountability for the assault.
