Ted Kaczynski, the person who set off greater than a dozen bombs and have become generally known as the “Unabomber,” has died.
Kaczynski went practically 20 years with out being captured and terrorized the nation every time he set off home made explosives, usually by means of the mail.
On Nov. 15, 1979, an American Airways flight flying from Chicago to Washington, D.C., full of smoke after a bomb made by Kaczynski detonated within the baggage compartment. The airplane was in a position to land safely, and nobody died, however the bombings continued.
Six years after that incident, in 1985, Kaczynski left a bomb within the parking zone of a California pc retailer, killing the shop’s proprietor.
