US Keeps All Boeing 737 MAX 9 Planes Grounded For 'Extensive' Inspections

The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) mentioned Friday that each one 737 MAX 9 planes would stay grounded till Boeing offers additional knowledge following a near-catastrophic incident on an Alaska Airways-operated plane.

“For the security of American vacationers the FAA will preserve the Boeing 737-9 MAX grounded till in depth inspection and upkeep is carried out and knowledge from inspections is reviewed,” the FAA mentioned in an announcement.
