The US on Thursday denounced “unfastened speak” on nuclear weapons after Russian President Vladimir Putin stated Moscow would solely use an atomic weapon in response to an enemy strike.
Declining to reply on to Putin, State Division spokesman Ned Worth instructed reporters, “We expect any unfastened speak of nuclear weapons is completely irresponsible.”
